SHIPPING POLICY
Our quotations will separate shipping costs so that customers can flexibly choose the most suitable and reasonable shipping method for each specific case.
Based on the previously agreed delivery schedule, we will notify you of the delivery date.
Email, phone, Zalo, etc., will be sent 2 days in advance to verify delivery information and to help customers make informed decisions.
Prepare the warehouse and equipment in advance to receive the goods.
Our delivery method is as follows:
DOMESTIC DELIVERY:
* Delivery at the factory:
– Please notify us one day in advance so we can prepare the necessary procedures and goods for delivery.
– To complete the pickup procedure, please provide the recipient’s information: Driver’s name, ID card/Citizen’s identity card or driver’s license.
* Delivery to the location requested by the customer:
To ensure convenient and prompt delivery, please provide the following delivery information:
- Recipient information: Full name, contact phone number.
- Specific delivery and pickup locations.
- Requirements at the receiving location: Personal protective equipment, relevant documents (if any).
- For deliveries to export processing zones, please provide us with the necessary information and procedures in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
* Delivery time:
- For delivery to your requested location, please confirm the delivery information one day in advance so that we can arrange a suitable delivery schedule.
- Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces: 2 hours to 1 day (depending on location).
- Delivery to other provinces/cities: 1-5 days depending on the province/city.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
* Delivery at the factory:
– Please notify us in advance so we can prepare the necessary procedures and goods for delivery.
– To complete the pickup procedure, please provide the recipient’s information: Driver’s name, ID card/Citizen’s identity card or driver’s license.
* Delivery to the port of destination as requested by the customer.
– Depending on the contract agreement, we will make the delivery using either CIF or FOB shipping methods.
– Please provide the contact information of your company’s import/export manager at least one week in advance so that we can contact you and handle the export procedures as conveniently and quickly as possible.
* Delivery time:
– It depends on each exporting country.
