PRODUCT INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING
– Bestray Joint Stock Company has a production process that conforms to ISO 9001:2015 standards. All our products are manufactured to international standards with high quality. Our diverse product range features well-designed, sharp, and safe products, comparable to imported products from renowned brands worldwide.
– All products undergo rigorous inspection by our experienced QC team before being shipped to customers.
PRODUCT INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING
– Each order that meets the requirements is accompanied by two quality certificates:
+ Warranty certificate:
For products manufactured by Bestray Joint Stock Company, we commit to a product warranty of 12-36 months, depending on the product type.
+ Certificate of Origin & Quality:
The quality certificate demonstrates our commitment to product quality, which has undergone rigorous testing before shipment.
WARRANTY PERIOD
–Warranty periods range from 12 to 36 months, depending on the product type.
– The products will be covered under warranty based on the following factors:
+ The customer must provide a Warranty Commitment Letter and a Certificate of Factory Origin and Quality.
+ The product is still under warranty.
+ Products covered under warranty are those damaged due to manufacturing defects.
+ Cases not covered by warranty: Damage caused by user operation such as: Improper installation, operation, unauthorized disassembly, repair, etc.
